“When I get frustrated or upset about something, I can ruminate and replay and vent for quite awhile. I think it’s important to feel frustrated feelings so I give myself space to do so. BUT-I also don’t want to stay stuck there longer than is necessary or healthy. Can you share some tips for navigating white hot emotions related to crappy situations?”
